Nature of the service
RénosVue is a communication and visual documentation tool. It is not a building inspection, an expert report, a certification of compliance with the Quebec Construction Code, or an opinion from an engineer, architect or inspector.
Generated texts describe what is visible in the photos. They may point to items to have confirmed. They do not declare that work is compliant or non-compliant.
Responsibility
You remain responsible for your work, your legal obligations, permits, and relationships with your clients. RénosVue does not replace a competent professional or an authority (municipality, RBQ, and so on).
Content you send
You warrant that you have the right to send the photos and information provided, and to share them with the report recipient. Do not send illegal content, photos of minors, or data you are not allowed to transmit.
Trial list
Signing up for the beta does not create a paid service contract. Access may be limited, changed or interrupted.
Intellectual property
The RénosVue brand, the site and its texts belong to us. Your photos remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process them in order to provide the requested service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Quebec and Canada. The courts of Quebec have jurisdiction, subject to a consumer’s rights.
